1. Eat healthy, be health-conscious, but do not starve yourself. Don't skip meals, eat a heavy breakfast, don't pretend you forgot your lunch box, don't fake sickness at dinner. Eat.
2. Exercise. Go to the gym, play any sport of your choice, go for a jog in the morning. But don't stress over body weight to an extent when you can't think of anything else apart from losing weight. It'll leave you exhausted by the end of the day, you will never be satisfied with what you have. Body weight is not a part of your personality.
3. Don't get pressurized into changing any aspect of your body. Those eyebrows are perfect, no you don't have very fat hands, even if you do, it doesn't matter! Always remember, your friends are supposed to make you feel good about yourself. If they're not, they're not your friends. If they're criticizing you for the way you look, for the things you cannot change, they don't deserve you.
4. Don't compliment a person on the way they appear. Their physical aspects are what they were born with, they never earned them. Compliment them on how they've developed as a person. Compliment them on how beautifully their brain works. Compliment them on how they're rock strong, despite their failures.
5. Constructive criticism is necessary. Necessary, to help you grow as a person. But, decide what part of others' opinions is worth working upon. Work on the way you talk, the way you think, be liberal enough to consider everyone's opinion. But, be smart enough to ignore the parts which you think are not necessary. Come on, you don't have all the time in the world! Prioritize. Make yourself a better person.
You're so much more than your body. You are your opinions, your decisions, your power of judgement, your passion, your hobbies, your ambitions. You are all about that smile on your face, when you accomplish something you've worked hard for. You are a walking and talking reincarnation of the miracles of nature. Your contribution to the world is important, so are you. Don't let anyone get you down. Pull up those socks, and walk towards glory with everything you have! Go on, shine!

Hi. I felt that you could have written much more; about things, emotions and circumstances that impact you and analyzed them and brought it out in your blog. I would have enjoyed it much more if you'd have brought with your ramblings a personal touch; a certain vulnerablilty that make all writers special in their own way. Nevertheless, I really liked the positive vibe of the whole matter, the drive and motivation that you want to see in people and help them progress and improve upon. I also really liked it, when you started writing what you truly felt, I guess I connected more with it than anything else. Overall, it was a really beautiful attempt and I'm sure you've inspired a few souls.
